How do I resubscribe/reactivate my subscription?

If you’re tapping on the teal subscribe button in order to activate your subscription and it is not working to unlock the premium features, chances are that your card information needs to be updated. In order to update your card information tap on the button about the teal subscribe button, the button that says ‘Payment Details’.

Update your card information with a valid card. Once you have updated your card information, tap on the teal subscribe button again, it should work this time.
